Physical therapists examine each person and then develops a treatment plan to improve their ability to move, reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Physical therapists can have a profound effect on people's lives. Our physical therapist has a doctorate degree in PT.

Physical therapist assistants provide physical therapist services under the direction and supervision of a physical therapist. PTAs implement components of patient care, obtain data related to the treatments provided, and collaborate with the PT to modify care as necessary. Many patients have injuries, disabilities, or other health conditions that need treatment. But PTAs also care for people who simply want to become healthier and to prevent future problems. Our PTA also is a certified personal trainer.

Dr. Albert Soto is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with over 15 years of experience. He is a graduate of the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He specializes in the treatment of patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, degenerative orthopedic conditions, sports injuries, and rehabilitation post orthopedic surgeries. Through a combination of therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization and therapeutic modalities; he utilizes a comprehensive approach in order to return patients to their prior level of function and participation in athletic activities.

Jonathan De Castro, LMT has a passion for sports and anatomy, so his interest in human development and function, along with the desire to work with people in a rewarding profession attracted him towards a career in health care and massage. He looks at the body as a whole, including patient physical pain, emotions, and state of energy.
